Senior Product Manager, Mobile
Location: Flexible / Remote

Role Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing fintech company, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to take ownership of their flagship mobile application. In this role, you will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the mobile experience, working to scale the platform as the customer base expands.
You will work closely with engineering, product design, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver an exceptional, intuitive, and secure financial mobile app that customers trust and love. As a senior individual contributor and squad leader, you will play a critical role in optimizing the customer journey, accelerating mobile growth, and ensuring the product continually evolves to meet the needs of a highly engaged user base.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Product Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the client's mobile application (iOS and Android).
- Translate broader company goals into a data-driven mobile product roadmap focused on user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
- Identify and advocate for new mobile features that expand the platform's value to customers.
Customer Growth & Engagement
- Drive product initiatives that accelerate mobile customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Optimize the end-to-end mobile customer journey, ensuring frictionless onboarding, seamless payments, and intuitive financial insights.
- Partner with marketing and growth teams to design and implement product-led growth strategies within the app.
Cross-Functional Squad Leadership
- Lead agile ceremonies and daily execution with a dedicated squad of mobile engineers and product designers.
- Foster a strong product culture focused on customer outcomes, high-quality user experiences, and speed of execution.
- Mentor junior product team members and advocate for product management best practices.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Compliance, Operations) to ensure all mobile releases meet strict regulatory and security requirements for fintech products.
- Collaborate with product leadership to ensure your mobile roadmap aligns with overall company priorities.
Data-Driven Product Development

Define, monitor, and report on core mobile product metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, activation rates, feature adoption, and app store ratings).

Champion a culture of experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous iteration to optimize the mobile experience.

Leverage user research, customer feedback, and behavioral analytics to inform product decisions.
Qualifications
Required
- 5-8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to building and scaling consumer-facing mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- Experience working in consumer fintech, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry.
- Proven track record of driving products through rapid customer growth stages and scaling user bases.
- Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices, product-led growth, and native app capabilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using mobile analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase) to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
