About The Role We're looking for a Senior GTM Operations Associate who thinks like an engineer and executes like an operator. We want to build the future of revenue operations where automation, data, and experimentation with AI drive exponential growth.
You'll join a lean RevOps team, reporting to our Senior Revenue Operations Manager. This role is 70% Revenue Operations and 30% Marketing Operations, with full ownership of HubSpot as your domain.
We're looking for someone with a builder mentality who questions "how we've always done it" and finds better ways. You'll have the opportunity to shape our revenue operations from the ground up during a critical growth phase, working with tools like Clay & n8n - not legacy systems.
What you'll do
Revenue Operations (70%)
- Help building and maintaining our GTM data foundation, ensuring CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot) and revenue data are clean, trustworthy, and actionable
- Design and implement automated workflows that eliminate manual work across the revenue team
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Marketing teams to optimize the entire revenue engine
- Create dashboards and reports that drive decisions, not just track vanity metrics
- Test new GTM plays, measure what works, and scale winning strategies through automation
- Manage lead routing
- Own and support the team with our sales tech stack
Marketing Operations (30%)
- Own HubSpot architecture, from workflow automation to attribution and lifecycle stage management
- Design and optimize top-of-funnel workflows and automation including lead scoring, segmentation
- Design and execute ABM workflows in HubSpot, including account scoring, target account identification, and personalized account-based nurture sequences
- Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models to connect marketing activities to pipeline generation, pipeline progression and ARR growth
- Upskill the Marketing team on Marketing Operations best practices and processes
What you'll bring
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue/GTM Operations, Marketing/Growth Operations, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep HubSpot expertise (certified)
- Experience developing and managing complex, trigger-based workflows using conditional logic, data integrations, and personalization to accelerate prospects through the marketing and sales funnel
- Proficiency with AI tools to enhance productivity, including prompt engineering skills, ability to critically evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and relevance, and experience integrating AI into professional workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
- First-principles thinker who can break down complex problems and build scalable solutions
- Excellent communication skills - you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical skills - comfortable with data analysis and GTM systems
Nice to have
- Experience with Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar no-code automation platforms
- Understanding of the "GTM Engineer" mindset - building revenue engines through experimentation and automation
- Consulting, data science, or engineering background
- Experience at a high-growth startup or with PLG/sales-led hybrid motions
- Active in RevOps communities and stay current with GTM best practices
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase, etc.)
