Scope of the Position
The Millwright is responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting machinery and equipment throughout the facility.
This position is for our 2nd shift. 3:00 pm- 11:30 pm
Job Duties
- Maintain all machines and plant equipment including stamping presses and assembly machines
- Perform minor electrical repairs
- Complete preventative maintenance of systems and machines
- Weld as needed
- Perform general mechanical and fabricating duties as assigned
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be a Red Seal Licensed Millwright or have 8 years of practical and general experience
- Min. 1-3 years working experience in Industrial Maintenance
- Working knowledge of progressive and transfer die protection
- Able to understand drawings, working sketches, and operating manuals
- Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
