As a Technician in the insurance industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to support the processing of insurance claims and policies, ensuring that all documentation is complete and compliant with industry standards. You will collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions that enhance our service delivery. Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a technical or administrative role, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or insurance.
- Familiarity with insurance policies, claims processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with claims management software or related technology.
Responsibilities
- Review and process insurance claims and policy applications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the resolution of claims-related inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications related to claims processing.
- Collaborate with underwriters and adjusters to gather necessary information for claims assessments.
- Utilize software tools to track and manage claims workflow efficiently.
Skills

Effective communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients and colleagues, facilitating clear and concise information exchange.
