About the role

The Job Responsibilities are as follows:

🔍 What You’ll Do: 

  • Processing and entering all Human Resource documentation in spreadsheets (e.g. Human Resource Profile changes, performance reviews, employee documentation regarding updated courses).
  • Preparing all employment offers for employees within Excel Society.
  • Preparing on-boarding packages for Human Resource on-boarding sessions.
  • Completing correspondence as required by the Director.
  • Compile reports and data as requested by the Director.
  • Providing backup to Reception when required.
  • Providing qualification report to all supervisors/managers on a monthly basis by ensuring it appears on the Employee Drive.
  • Maintaining and updating the filing of personnel files on a weekly basis and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintaining all Human Resources statistics and data for the Director.
  • Responding to telephone queries as required by the Director in a professional manner.

✅ What You Bring:  .

  • Working in fast pace environment with tight deadlines
  • Human Resources or Business Administration certificate or diploma.
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of administrative support and office procedures.
  • Extensive experience working of Microsoft Office & HRIS system.
  • Effective planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Police Check with Vulnerable sector is mandate.
