We’re looking for an AI & Intelligent Automation Developer to build systems that eliminate manual processes, embed AI into workflows, and enable smarter, faster decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver AI-powered automation solutions across core departments (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations)
- Build smart applications using Power Apps and Dataverse with embedded AI capabilities
- Develop intelligent workflows using Power Automate (approvals, alerts, system integrations)
- Implement AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure AI (document processing, forecasting, classification, copilots)
- Create tools like:

- Automated drawing/spec/BOM analysis
- AI-assisted data entry and form completion
- Predictive insights for production and supply chain risks
- Build Power BI dashboards with real-time and predictive insights
- Integrate systems across Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, and other platforms
- Drive end-to-end automation of legacy manual processes
Qualifications:
- 4+ years with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
- Experience building or integrating AI solutions (Copilot, Azure AI, or similar)
- Strong understanding of process automation and system integration
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable, AI-driven solutions
- Experience with data modeling, security, and governance
Nice to Have:
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction
- Familiarity with ERP, PLM, or supply chain systems
- Experience with Azure services, APIs, or custom connectors
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, AI)
- You’ll play a key role in transforming operations through AI, helping teams move faster, reduce manual work, and make better decisions with intelligent systems.
