About the role

Product Owner – Supply Chain

Factors Group of Nutritional Companies Inc. is a leading manufacturer of nutritional supplements and other health-building products. We are dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers through research, development, and delivery of effective nutritional products. It is our mission to contribute to the lives of our customers, employees, suppliers, and the communities we serve in a cooperative and sustainable manner.

The Application Services Product Owner is accountable for the lifecycle, value delivery, and continuous improvement of assigned enterprise applications within the Business Solutions portfolio. The role drives prioritization and scope decisions for assigned applications, working within governance frameworks and escalation paths defined by the Manager, Application Services. This role owns the application roadmap, balancing business demand, system stability, compliance requirements, and delivery capacity to ensure applications remain reliable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Serving as the primary business-facing owner for their applications, the Product Owner works closely with business stakeholders, Application Services Analysts, developers, vendors, and the Manager, Application Services. The role focuses on operational product management: maintaining roadmaps, prioritizing enhancement backlogs, guiding changes from concept through adoption, and measuring outcomes.

This is a hands-on role that requires sound judgment, comfort making trade-offs, and the confidence to set clear priorities. Success is measured not by volume of change delivered, but by outcomes, stability, adoption, and sustained business value.
