- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on project coordination and campaign delivery
- Proficiency in marketing and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to support effective teamwork

What the job involves
- You will be responsible for the management and delivery of Lace marketing campaigns that directly support our core business objective of acquiring new users
- The role ensures consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints, while also leading the project management of broader marketing initiatives
- By partnering closely with teams across the marketing function and the wider organisation, this role ensures that campaigns are effectively leveraged for maximum impact
- Campaign Planning and Execution
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, content, social, events, etc.) to drive awareness, retention and new users
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and creative teams
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints
- Manage campaign timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Create post-campaign reports and recommendations
- Project Management
- Support the planning and delivery of broader marketing projects, such as:
- Website updates and content refreshes
- Go-to-market support
- Event and podcast planning
- Marketing technology rollouts (e.g., CRM or automation tools)
- Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with broader IOG, product, technology, creative, and within the marketing team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and effective
- Manage vendors/agencies as needed
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
