About the role
Camponi Housing is seeking one Peer Support / Support Worker to join our Winter Sage Program team. This role supports the delivery of programs and services while working directly with tenants to assist with goal planning, system navigation, referrals, transportation, and access to community resources. The position also helps create safe, welcoming spaces, supports participant engagement, and provides day-to-day assistance to the Winter Sage program as needed. This is a full-time, participant-focused role that blends case management, service navigation, community engagement, and culturally grounded support. The successful candidate will work closely with Camponi tenants and community partners to promote well-being, stability, and meaningful connection to supports and services. Key Responsibilities:Support participants in identifying and accessing appropriate resourcesBuild strong, compassionate relationships with participantsCoordinate referrals and advocate across systemsMaintain accurate, confidential case documentationDeliver or assist with programs like Rent-Ed and life skills workshopsHelp plan events that reflect Indigenous values Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Human Services (or equivalent experience)Knowledge of colonization impacts, trauma, and systemic barriersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, organized, and open to feedbackProficient in Microsoft Office; HIFIS/Yardi/Canva an assetValid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredVulnerable sector check requiredEvening/weekend flexibility may be required. Preference may be given to Indigenous applicants under a Saskatchewan Human Rights Exemption.
