As a Store Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in managing store operations and staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer inquiries.
- Maintain store standards and inventory management.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a convenience store environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
