Tasks

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising review and compilation missions, as well as the preparation of tax returns.
• Carefully examining company files and tax declarations according to current standards.
• Analyzing financial statements and making recommendations to clients and the mandate partner.
• Managing the client portfolio in a methodical and exemplary manner.
• Providing informed advice to clients in order to optimize their accounting organization and improve the overall management of their business.
• Actively contributing to the T1 season by working closely with the audit team.
• Supervising and training certification teams to ensure their professional growth.
• Constantly innovating and improving work tools to optimize accounting and audit processes.
• Executing in-depth accounting research to ensure compliance with current standards and regulations.

Job requirements

• CPA designation required.
• Mastery of audit and accounting standards.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in an accounting firm – preferred.
• 5 years of experience in an accounting firm will be considered with management experience.
• Proficient in tax knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in French, both written and spoken
