This position is covered by the Central Alberta Association of Municipal Employees Collective Agreement. Please note, current CAAMSE applicants may be considered over non-CAAMSE applicants.
Applications are invited for a Temporary Part Time Educational Assistant with Pioneer Middle School in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. The successful candidate will work with a neuro-divergent grade 8 student in 1-to-1 and small group settings on functional literacy & numeracy, life skills, and executive functioning. The successful candidate should have the ability to model regulation and be able to co-regulate with the child.
The position is 6 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
Preferred start date is January 5, 2026,
and is expected to continue until at least April 2026.
