(CAN) Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - IF (Anti-Corruption)

This position is responsible for execution and oversight of the Anti-Corruption Compliance program for Walmart Canada, and for ensuring compliance with Canadian and US Anti-Corruption Laws and Regulations.

Manages the due diligence process for third-parties, including reviewing and concluding on the results of due diligence investigations.
Supports the annual anti-corruption training and awareness program, including developing focused content, delivering training and awareness materials (instructor-led training, e-learning, awareness memos), and tracking completion of activities.
Develops and maintains relationships with business units across the Company, to ensure the Anti-Corruption Compliance Program is integrated into each business unit’s ways of working.
Actively reviews questions received from business units and stores and provides subject matter guidance as required.
Supports the continuous improvement of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Program by actively reviewing the results of monthly / quarterly monitoring activities and participating in the development and execution of remediation plans, in conjunction with the Anti-Corruption Compliance Financial Controls Team.
Constantly scans the internal and external business environment to monitor trends and/or identify best practices, opportunities for innovation and process improvements.
Tracks, analyzes and reports on key Anti-Corruption Compliance performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Strong problem solving ability coupled with the ability to recommend and make decisions autonomously.
Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data, decipher higher risk attributes and disposition appropriately.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Adept to multi-tasking and meeting timelines.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt
Practices Act and the requirements for effective compliance programs as set
forth in the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines an asset.
Direct experience overseeing or auditing an anti-corruption program an asset.
