About the role

Montreal / Hybrid

GROW WITH US Imagine a world where hotels are no longer just places to sleep, but true living spaces, accessible for a few hours during the day. This is the vision we drive at Dayuse. Joining us means becoming part of an international, curious, and passionate team where everyone can bring their ideas to the table, make a real impact, and help transform the hospitality experience. Our culture is built on plurality, merit, humility, service excellence, and ambition. This is an environment where you can grow, learn, and contribute to the transformation of an entire industry. Ready to write the next chapter of our story with us?

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

Dayuse is looking for its future Account Manager to join the Sales & Account Management team in Montreal. If hotel distribution is your world (OTA, wholesaler, revenue management) this is where that expertise compounds. You will report to Yves, our Regional Director. Our Account Management team's responsibility is to grow and protect the revenue generated by our 10,000+ partner hotels worldwide. The US is our fastest-moving markets: every rate renegotiated and every offer activated converts into incremental revenue for the hotel, and for Dayuse. Day to day, you'll work with Customer Service (Montreal and Paris), Business Development, Data, and Marketing.

YOUR IMPACT

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the revenue generated by a portfolio of around 500 US partner hotels and accountable for growing it. This is a strategic hire: we are reinforcing the US team so that this fast-expanding portfolio always has a dedicated, hands-on point of contact. To achieve this, you will negotiate rates, time slots and room allocations with Revenue Managers and Hotel Directors, analyze each hotel's performance data to build Business Reviews that lead to decisions and deploy the projects that unlock your market.

YOUR DAILY MISSIONS

Own the day-to-day, individualized management of around 500 US partner hotels, and grow their monthly revenue on Dayuse. Negotiate rates, time slots and room allocations directly with Revenue Managers and Hotel Directors, so each partner captures more daytime demand. Build and analyze Business Reviews (KPIs via Tableau) hotel by hotel and group by group, and turn each one into an action plan the partner actually implements. Build productive, lasting relationships with partners across multiple US markets and cities (from airport zones to leisure destinations). Deploy high-value projects on your market: new offer formats, Virtual Credit Cards (VCC), additional services, reactivation of cities in decline. Report weekly to Yves on portfolio performance, market activity, and the initiatives you are driving.

YOUR OBJECTIVES FOR A SUCCESSFUL ONBOARDING

Within 3 months: you have full ownership of your portfolio, your reporting is reliable and complete, and you prioritize your own actions. Within 6 months: you are the internal reference on your portfolio. You know which prices convert and which offers perform, and you identify and activate opportunities before they're asked of you. Within 12 months: you build a strategic vision for your market (tailor-made offers, additional services, cross-team projects) and you have the internal network at Dayuse to make them happen.

YOUR PROFILE

You have at least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Revenue Management or Distribution, ideally within an OTA (Expedia, Booking...), a wholesaler, a travel agency, or a hotel group. You are bilingual/native in English. This is non-negotiable: you will negotiate daily with demanding US partners. You know the US hotel market and its dynamics: the difference between an airport zone and a leisure destination is obvious to you, and you speak the industry's language: KPIs, distribution, direct competitors. You make numbers talk. You read hotel performance data, draw your own conclusions, and turn them into concrete initiatives. Tableau and HubSpot are a strong plus. You are organized and rigorous: you prioritize across a large portfolio without losing the details. You are proactive. You bring ideas to the table rather than waiting for instructions, and you'd rather take initiative than stay comfortable. Most importantly, you resonate with our company culture based on plurality, ambition, merit, humility, and service excellence.
