  • Retention Bonus: We are currently offering a $2,500 retention bonus! This will be paid out in two installments: $1,000 following 90 days worked and the remaining $1,500 following 120 days worked.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Guarantee a minimum of 4 hours of work on school days, with regular hours starting between 6:00 am - 9:00 am and ending between 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm. Perfect for parents who want to be home when their children are!

What We’re Looking For While we welcome applications for both full-time routes and casual/substitute positions, here’s what you need:

  • Valid Alberta License (No GDL licenses)
  • Willingness to undergo a Security Screening including:
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Child Intervention Record Check
  • Driver's Abstract
  • Drug and Alcohol Testing compliance

Assets That Give You An Edge

  • Valid Class 1 or 2 License
  • ‘S’ Endorsement
  • Current Standard First Aid and CPR ‘C’ Certification

We provide driver training for a Class 2 license with the 'S' Endorsement at our training schools located in Athabasca & Fort McMurray.

  • Safely operate and drive the school bus, ensuring the timely transport of students to and from school and related activities.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in safe working condition.
  • Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and school staff, providing excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while promoting a safe environment for children.
