Opportunity
The Dealer Design Representative is responsible for supporting the Dealer Sales Team in the efficient operation of the sales and design processes.
Reports to: Dealer Inside Sales Manager
Direct Reports: None
Location: Corporate (Saskatoon)
Main Responsibilities
- Call on existing and prospective accounts to provide service, support, training and grow sales.
- Process orders, quotes, order confirmation and proposal preparation for dealers who are not familiar with software or processes.
- Review orders for accuracy, design considerations, and adherence to product requirements and specifications.
- Answer phone calls, e-mails, attend meetings and attend to other general office tasks.
- Stay up to date on company products and market trends to remain knowledgeable to new and existing accounts.
- Work with management to set sales targets and be accountable for sales growth in the region.
- Provide reports on sales, targets, and prospects as requested.
- Maintain regular contact with key accounts and customers to sustain overall customer satisfaction.
- Networking and participation in training events and other industry related functions as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support Dealers growth effort in as required.
- Utilize continuous improvement tools to enhance efficiencies.

You have
- Proven experience in kitchen design and detailed knowledge of the cabinet industry.
- Design software (2020, ProKitchens) required.
- Class 5 driver’s license with clean record.
- 3-5 years’ kitchen design experience.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & OneNote.
- Proficient in Windows OS knowledge and use an asset.
