SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Pipeline Management Specialist to support and manage Builder pipeline, quotations, orders, and deliveries. This role works closely with sales, operations, Business Management and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution from quote to delivery.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain the builder pipeline and project status
  • Support quotation preparation and tracking
  • Provide order processing and coordination support
  • Coordinate deliveries and monitor shipment status
  • Support the quotation of installation and delivery services
  • Manage customer expectations in terms of delivery dates, delays and onsite expectations
  • Builder relationship and data support
  • Coordinate on-site coordinator schedules within applicable regions
  • Process optimization and enablement
  • Additional duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in a related field
  • Experience in pipeline, order, or operations support roles
  • Experience in freight or transportation coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate with customers prioritizing the core principles of customer service: Empathy, Responsiveness, Knowledge & Problem Solving

Note: This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected annual base salary range for this position is $50,000-65,000. Actual total compensation may include variable incentive pay. The determination of an applicant's base salary is based on the applicant's skills, competencies, location, and unique qualifications.

Artificial intelligence will be used in sourcing, reviewing and communicating with candidates for this position.
