Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION The Senior Financial Planning Analyst at Argano is a critical role within the Finance team. This position involves leading the financial planning process, providing strategic insights, and supporting leadership decision-making. Their responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. They provide accurate and timely consolidated financial statements and analyses on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of financial models.
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
• Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.
• Performing research and analysis as required.
• Escalates any financial issues to management.
• Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.
• Work closely with accounting during monthly close.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to drive profitability, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to synthesize data and tell the story from a business and operational perspective.

Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, expected.

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or planning.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Deep knowledge of financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in preparing and presenting comprehensive financial reports
