Position Summary As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead a team of 20+ professionals who keep our operations moving and our customers satisfied. Your role is about more than managing calls and schedules, it’s about shaping how we serve communities across Ontario. You’ll guide your team through complex challenges, improve processes that make us faster and smarter, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality and reliability our brand stands for.

This position requires strong leadership, a passion for efficiency, and the ability to turn data into decisions. You’ll work closely with distribution, sales, and technical teams to deliver seamless service and support projects that build roads, schools, and homes for generations to come.

Duties

  • Lead and coach the Customer Service team to deliver accurate order processing and dispatch
  • Drive continuous process improvement and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Use data and KPIs to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and negotiate solutions for complex service issues
  • Collaborate with distribution, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or dispatch, preferably in construction, building materials, or transportation
  • 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role with proven success in process optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency with dispatch systems and Microsoft Office; SAP or Salesforce experience is an asset
  • Valid G-Class License for travel across Ontario
