Reporting to the Manager, Vendor Supply Chain and Accessories, we are looking for a collaborative and detail‑oriented Senior Specialist of Vendor Management to strengthen supplier partnerships, support national programs, and enhance inventory effectiveness. This role works closely with global supply chain vendors, internal business units, and our operating network to ensure strong supplier performance, effective communication, and continuous program improvement.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage and approve all vendor and dealer‑facing communications, including Dealer Direct tire suppliers.
- Create a continuous feedback process for vendor communications and relationship development.
- Build strong relationships with global supply chain vendors to support inventory effectiveness.
- Lead monthly supplier performance reviews and establish a national review process.
- Communicate business challenges and solutions across the operating network.
- Support national sales programs and help implement a standardized Vendor Management Program.
- Partner with internal teams to develop, negotiate, and administer national supplier contracts.
- Lead and maintain the critical supplier list and develop alternate sourcing plans.
- Develop and maintain a Market Intelligence platform with ongoing insights for Parts Operations.
- Manage direct report by completing regular 1:1s, providing direction on duties, expectations, and workplans, etc.
Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required):
- Post‑secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business challenges into solutions.
- Knowledge of global supply chain operations, inventory management, and purchasing fundamentals.
- Solid understanding of Market research and parts pricing.
- Experience with supplier relationship management or project management is an asset.
- Supervisory experience is an asset.

Hiring Salary Range for position: $70,000 - $87,500 CAD. The base salary offered will consider the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies, and will be set in a manner that supports fair and consistent internal equity practices.
