We are looking for a Project Services Manager for our Caledon, Ontario office!

Summary: The Project Services Manager (PSM) is responsible for the overall performance of the Project Services Team. This role ensures the implementation of departmental strategies while aligning processes and methods established by the divisional team. The PSM assigns resources to meet the company’s service commitments while maintaining high-quality deliverables. The PSM monitors team performance through metrics and feedback, proactively adapting the team structure to meet operational demands. Additionally, the PSM provides insights on workload forecasts and optimizes work plans based on project assignments and schedule changes. This role actively participates in training and continuous improvement initiatives, implementing process and methodology changes as directed by the divisional team. The PSM also identifies key performance indicators, tracks individual and team performance, and generates periodic reports to analyze trends and deviations.

Essential Duties:

  • Ensure appropriate staff are fully trained on SAP to support the key business processes.
  • Ensure customer orders are completed to meet delivery requirements on time in full.
  • Liaise with the SAP team to determine that the proposed development of SAP will provide value-added activity to the business.
  • Encourage and motivate all staff while maintaining lines of communication with employees and plant personnel.
  • Ensure accurate and relevant data is reported while reporting on key weekly and monthly metrics.
  • Ensure full communication throughout the business project, positively with the Company’s strategy and goals.
  • Work with the Technical Department to ensure consistency in details and policies are being maintained.
  • Participate in the development plans for their team and will implement the training plans for the reporting structure.
  • Allocate and optimize the available resources within the team.
  • Coordinate and prioritize the team outputs, coordinating with the project stakeholders to meet the customer expectations.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement efforts to optimize the Company´s processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for the RCCA analysis process and assign resources to address the customer's claims.
  • Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
  • Follow Compliance requirements per “KNA-SOP-1705 Compliance Roles and Responsibilities.”
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • In-office position (not remote or hybrid)
  • Up to 20% travel (Canada and US)

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of applicable industry experience.
  • 5+ Years of experience in building product manufacturing.
  • 5+ Years of CRM and ERP experience (Salesforce and SAP preferred).
  • 5+ Years of experience in building documentation management. Specification reading and interpretation.
  • 5+ Years of experience working with Construction drawings, Architectural and Structural, interpretation, and creation experience.
