As the Technology Specialist you are responsible for streamlining the guest delivery experience while providing an exceptional guest experience. Your main responsibilities include:

• Partnering with sales team to maintain daily / weekly delivery schedule including dates, times, and stock numbers of guest vehicles.
• Complete all administrative tasks prior to guest pick up.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure accessories and pre-delivery inspection has been completed.
• Inspect incoming dealer trade vehicles for damage, items such as navigation cards/wheel locks, and coordinate with sales team regarding dealer trade timing.
• Assist each guest in learning the features, and benefits of their vehicle - including answering questions, setting up their mobile device, demonstrating usage of features, etc.

Qualifications:

• OMVIC License
• Valid G Class drivers license
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed orientated and ability to problem solve

We offer a competitive pay plan with potential annual compensation of $37,500 to $42,000. In addition we offer a Comprehensive Group Benefit Program.
