Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm

SUMMARY

The Driver Settlements Assistant plays a vital role in supporting payroll and administrative functions related to driver compensation and onboarding. This position ensures timely and accurate processing of trip reports and serves as a key contact for driver payroll inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, maintains confidentiality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and teamwork are essential.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process driver trip reports in accordance with company pay structures and forward for supervisor audit when necessary. Submit finalized reports to Corporate Payroll by deadline for direct deposit processing.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to driver payroll inquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in driver payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of new driver manuals and orientation kits as requested.
  • Provide support in processing U.S. driver expenses.
  • Assist with generating department-specific reports as requested.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks to support departmental operations.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work in a structured environment that upholds high standards for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Strong computer proficiency and excellent math skills.
  • Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing department.
