Responsible for oversight of the assigned technical modernization, development and report writing requirements for enterprise business applications (eg. Unit4 and CRM) and related or integrated ancillary applications, as required. Acts as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for new or modified technical modernization requirements as identified through our Digital and Data strategy.

Reporting to: Senior Program Manager, Digital Data Solutions

What you’ll be doing

• Provide technical and applications support for enterprise systems, including system administration, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Lead the full lifecycle of custom code development—from design and testing to deployment, maintenance, and documentation—integrating AI where applicable.
• Utilize AI tools to build and identify efficiencies based on current technologies employed by the organization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, administrative records, and contribute to the organizational knowledge repository.
• Support ERP and CRM users by assisting with new or modified custom reports and collaborating with Business Applications Analysts.
• Assess and address technical impacts of system or workflow changes, upgrades, and other application-related initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of technical solutions and scripts to meet business requirements, including configuration and design input.

What you’ll bring to CCC

• Master's Degree or relevant post-graduate diploma in computer science considered a strong asset, or related degree with relevant experience.
• Bilingual in both official languages is strongly recommended.
• 5+ years in systems analysis, software development, and technical reporting.
• 5+ years with enterprise apps (CRM/ERP), SQL, and business app implementations.
• 3+ years in report writing (Xtra, Excelerator, U4 tools an asset).
• Experience with CRM, ERP, data migration, APIs, DevOps, and cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and learning mindset.
• Strong technical knowledge in enterprise applications, system administration, and software development practices.
• Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI and their potential application in enterprise environments.
