About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT team. This role bridges business operations and technology — ensuring systems, processes, and data work seamlessly to support company objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and communication skills with hands-on experience in ERP systems and process improvement. This position requires periodic travel within Canada and the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for modified version of Microsoft NAV Dynamics and understand all business systems' relationships and impact.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Navision ERP and aSa Studio for rebar fabrication.
- Research, define, and maintain requirements for evolving business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Specify and support proposed software changes, including system upgrades, testing, training, and implementation.
- Conduct data analysis and spec reports to help support decision-making processes.
- Provide training and level 2 support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain support materials for end-users.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (required); aSa Studio experience is a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of business systems integration and data flow.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
