POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator is a vital member of the operations team and plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective and efficient execution of warehouse operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scan all delivery and inventory documents and check for accuracy
- Receive and process purchase orders
- Ensure inventory orders are accompanied by appropriate documentation
- Communicate interdepartmentally regarding inquiries / questions on order status
- Communicate with and respond to order inquiries from other departments
- Create priority pick lists and assign inventory for warehouse staff to order pick
- Review sales orders and coordinate with purchasing/manufacturing about missing items
- Follow up with purchasing and sales regarding delays on sales order deadlines
- Investigate negative inventory quantities
- Complete other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years prior experience with logistics or warehouse coordination
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Preferably, experience with SAP software
- Advanced computer skills and capable with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
HOURS OF WORK
The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
