##Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the School of Environmental Sciences.
- Assist students with inquiries and questions.
- Provide assistance to chair with exam schedules, department marketing initiatives and organization of department meetings and appointments.
- Ensure faculty submit field trip information and arrange for transportation and accommodation as required.
- Support departmental operations by coordinating room bookings and managing facilities requests, including IT support, maintenance needs, and vehicle bookings.
- Assist with the maintenance of office student files, both electronic and paper copies.
- Communicate with other staff external to the department to maintain operational effectiveness.
##Job Requirements
- One-year post-secondary Office Administration certificate.
- Two-years of related experience.
- Considerable knowledge of modern office practices including Microsoft office.
- Working knowledge of Peoplesoft would be an asset.
##Additional Information
This is a Full-time temporary position at the Vermilion campus. Commencing April 2026 and ending October 2027.
