As a Program Administrative Analyst, you will provide day to day support in running a complex technology-based program, ensuring the program artifacts are kept current for team communications and awareness with staff, interested parties, and committee members. You will ensure the details of the impacted business processes are kept current and help to verify the solution and training matches the expected outcome. Primary duties include:

  • Maintain business process documentation and conduct business process review and impact assessment.
  • Refine end-user requirements and business specifications; maintain and update end-user procedures and quick reference guides.
  • Assist with testing and data set up for user tests.
  • Capture action items and decisions from key meetings and workshops.
  • Manage program records, ensuring that information management practices are followed correctly.
  • Manage program logistics, including financial support and committee presentations.

Qualifications

  • A completed 2-year diploma in Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in project administration, business analysis, quality assurance, and information management.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Visio, ARIS software, and Business Process Management Notation practices is essential.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong level of business knowledge, problem solving, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

Workstyle

  • This position may be eligible to work from home for at least part of the time as one of several flexible work options available to City employees. These arrangements depend on the operational requirements of the role, employee suitability, and are subject to change based on operational needs and corporate direction.

**Compensation:**Pay Grade 8 $39.00 - 52.14 per hour

**Hours of work:**Standard 35 hour work week

**Days of work:**This position works a 5-day work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
