About the role

This position supports SIGA's technical infrastructure, and contributes to operational efficiency, by providing 1st tier support to system users.

Providing courteous, timely response and troubleshooting of incoming user software and hardware problems. Maintaining technical documentation, logs, and inventory records. Handling set-up, installation, support and maintenance of Casino technical equipment. Participating in the rollout and maintenance of software and hardware. Participating in other projects and activities as required, to support the business productivity of SIGA employees.

Successful completion of a two-year post-secondary diploma in a related technical field such as Computer Information Systems. One year of experience in a Technical Service support environment.
