About the role
The Digital Media Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and administering the communications team’s digital initiatives, including coordinating the development and implementation of digital advertising, liaising with media buyers/agencies, and managing all associated administrative and financial processes. The role also supports translation, digital archiving, social media community management and other inbound inquiries, contributing to the achievement of corporate communications KPIs. This role is based out of our head office in Saint John, NB.

Process requests for digital advertising, including coordinating the development and approvals of individual ads.

Liaise with professional media buyers and agencies to execute and evaluate campaigns.

Secure purchase orders and manage related administrative processes.

Share cost estimates with internal clients and obtain sign-off.

Monitor campaign performance dashboards and compile regular reports.

Manage community engagement for paid social media posts.

Maintain accurate billing and financial records for digital campaigns.

Contribute to digital optimization and analytics reporting.

Manage all translation requests.

Assist with managing corporate inboxes (email and social DMs), and other inbound inquiries.

Support digital archiving by scanning and archiving photos, videos, and other assets.

Support the team in achieving communications KPIs, including digital ad growth, reporting, and community management.

Post-secondary education
-
Strong administrative and time management skills.

Knowledge of billing and financial processes.

Experience with digital advertising platforms and social media management.

Interest in digital communications and analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Familiarity with corporate communications KPIs and reporting is considered an asset.
