The Consulting Success Growth System™, delivered in our Clarity Coaching program, is a proven system for helping entrepreneurial consultants grow their businesses. We have helped and guided thousands of consultants to tremendous results over the past 18 years, and due to continued grow we are looking to add another PT (possibly FT) Business Coach to join our team.

About the Role:

As one of our executive level Business Coaches and Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our Clarity Coaching clients to success. Clarity Coaching is an intensive, strategic, and action-oriented program where each client receives a customized implementation plan for consulting business growth and works closely with you to execute that plan. You'll leverage your expertise in marketing, outreach, and authority building to provide expert guidance and hold clients accountable for achieving their goals.

This is a long-term PT role, where you will be asked to dedicate at least 10-15 hours a week to serving and coaching the Consulting Success® client community.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Guidance: Help clients think strategically about their consulting business, set impactful goals, and identify opportunities for growth with their messaging, fees, marketing strategy, and client acquisition.
  • One-on-One Coaching: Conduct coaching calls to review progress, refine strategies, and provide ongoing support.
  • Insight & Accountability: Provide expert advice and mentorship, act as a sounding board for client ideas, and hold clients accountable for consistent action and results.
  • Training & Facilitation: Lead live training sessions and Q&A calls each week on key consulting business growth topics.
  • Goal Setting and Action Planning: Assist clients in setting realistic and achievable goals, breaking them down into smaller tasks
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with clients and the Consulting Success® team to identify areas for program improvement and innovation.
  • Event Participation: Attend, when possible, our in-person Mastermind events (as they occur) to connect with clients and contribute to the community.
  • Drive client success through strategic coaching and accountability.
  • Deliver high-value training and insights.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Clarity Coaching program.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and the Consulting Success® team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced: You've built your own business, focused in consulting and/or coaching, to AT LEAST six or seven figures annually and possess a deep understanding of corporate business development, marketing, and sales. You're confident in developing marketing programs, lead generation strategies, value-building techniques, and content plans as it relates to building a B2B consulting business.
  • Entrepreneurial: You have firsthand experience running and growing your own business and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Service-Oriented: You're a people person with a genuine interest in helping others achieve their goals and a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Strategic: Your critical and creative thinking skills enable you to guide clients in asking the right questions, setting effective goals, and creating optimal paths to success.
  • Systematic: You're highly organized and capable of managing 5+ coaching calls a week with clients, tracking their progress, and providing targeted support. You enjoy analyzing and improving processes.
