Currently, our Information Technology division is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and well-organized Manager, Information Technology to join our dynamic team.
This leadership role supporting Project Moonshot’s 20 active initiatives will be instrumental in driving organizational change management (OCM), ensuring alignment across high-priority scopes such as Cloud File Migration, Data Center Migration, Maximo Upgrade, Continuous Delivery, Kaizen initiatives, and strategic IT transformation. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who performs effectively with minimal direction, demonstrating strong business acumen, effective communication, and sound judgment while managing multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position which offers a competitive benefits, compensation and pension package and is located on site in Tiverton, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution
- Partner with the Director of IT to translate Moonshot’s strategic objectives into actionable plans. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on scopes including OCM, Continuous Delivery, and Process Excellence.
Organizational Change Management
- Champion change initiatives across departments. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Program Oversight
- Coordinate and monitor progress across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the Program Management Plan (PgMP) and Project Execution Plans (PEPs). Identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration across business units to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting a high-performance culture. Support the development of change champions and subject matter experts across the organization.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent organization, planning, time management and project management abilities.
- Proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with both internal and external contacts at all levels is key.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with grace under pressure.
- Proven leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English - oral and written, necessary to provide effective instructions, technical advice, presentations and preparation of various types of reports pertinent to work performed.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of business operations and enterprise IT systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience:
- This knowledge is normally acquired through a 4-year bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in a related field.
- A period of 8 years is considered necessary to gain this experience.
- Proven experience in customer focused leadership roles, preferably within large-scale transformation programs is an asset.
- Formal training or certification in Organizational Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) is an asset.
- Experience with tools such as Ecosys, P6, and ServiceNow is an asset.

Bruce Power is Canada's first private nuclear generator. Bruce Power's 2,300-acre site on the shores of Lake Huron houses the Bruce A and B generating stations, which each hold four CANDU reactors.
Over the past decade, Bruce Power has refurbished all four units at its Bruce A station, returning 3,000 megawatts of clean, low-cost electricity to Ontario consumers. Combined with its Bruce B units, Bruce Power generates 6,400 megawatts and provides 30% of Ontario's electricity at 30% less than the average residential price of power.
