THE ROLE STRIVE is working with a reputable logistics and distribution company in search of a Key Coordinator for a temp to perm, full-time position based in Milton, ON . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively. You’ll be responsible for managing the daily preparation, auditing, and coordination of route bags, ensuring all documentation and equipment are accurate and accounted for.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and audit route bags daily, verifying keys, load audit sheets, summary sheets, dangerous goods documentation, temperature probes, and pickup sheets
  • Report missing or damaged items to Customer Service and Transportation teams; replace or add tags as needed
  • Add new customers to audits and send verification emails
  • Pack route bags with all required paperwork including invoices, manifests, and audit sheets
  • Prepare key rings and temperature probes per customer manifest; calibrate probes and remove any that fall outside acceptable parameters
  • Record key ring and probe assignments for each route
  • Add pickup slips to appropriate routes and confirm outstanding slips with Transportation Supervisors
  • Prepare key room for next day: photocopy forms, sanitize equipment and leftover bags
  • Respond to customer service emails throughout the day regarding missing products, courier tracking, driver ETAs, and other inquiries



Requirements

  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or administrative coordination preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using email and basic computer systems
  • Flexible with work hours and able to stay late or arrive early as needed
  • Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
