The ideal candidate will ensure all contracts are accurate, properly documented, and aligned with company standards and client requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and client specifications.
  • Track contract milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and renewals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to gather required information and resolve contract-related issues.
  • Maintain organized records and contract documentation in internal systems.
  • Monitor contract performance and flag discrepancies or concerns.
  • Support procurement, project management, and legal teams with contract-related tasks as needed.
  • Assist with sourcing, vendor onboarding, and document control activities.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management when required.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain, or a related field (an asset but not mandatory depending on experience).
  • Experience in contract administration, procurement, or project coordination preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with contract management systems is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
