Electrozad is looking for a driven and energetic Counter Sales Associate to lead our counter sales operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our London location.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the counter sales team to deliver top-tier service.
- Manage daily operations including order entry, quoting, product sourcing, and expediting.
- Maintain a dynamic, customer-focused showroom with engaging displays and promotions.
- Support strategic sales initiatives and collaborate across departments.
- Be a trusted resource for customers, offering expert advice and solutions.
**✅**What You Bring
- High School diploma required; post-secondary education in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical industry sales.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take initiative.
- A passion for customer service and team success.
