We are hiring a UX Designer to join our client's team. This will be to work on digital products for a financial client. This will be 6+ months to FTE, fully remote. This is for Canadian candidates only. Rate range is $50-55 per hour, t4. Key Responsibilities Design user-centered experiences for financial products, including banking, payments, investments, lending, or wealth management solutions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify customer needs and pain points. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Translate complex financial processes and regulatory requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences. Leverage user insights, analytics, and feedback to continuously improve product usability and engagement. Contribute to and maintain design systems and UX best practices. Qualifications 5+ years of UX Design / Product Design experience, ideally in fintech or banking Ability to work autonomously and directly with clients Experience simplifying complex financial concepts for everyday users Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills Expertise in Figma In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
