How You’ll Make a Difference
Entry level professional, supports regional stakeholders as assigned, collaborates with chapters regarding policies, procedures and bylaws amongst other operational areas to ensure each chapter is operating effectively and efficiently. Assure satisfactory service levels between PMI and chapters, partnering with Chapter Engagement Specialists to support successful implementation and adoption of new programs and services targeting chapter leader growth and development.
What You’ll Do in the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- 1-3 years’ experience administering processes for dispersed geographic groups and governing documents (bylaws, policies).
- General knowledge of association laws and general practices (Anti-Trust, UBIT Tax, Non-Profit Classifications) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to create and apply performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly establish and maintain positive oral and written presence in high volume setting; build and maintain effective relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff, global customers, volunteers in varied committee structures, and external organizations with a track record of positive long-term outcome-based relationships.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organization topics and issues.
- Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
