Are you passionate about sales and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Downtown Ford, part of the revolutionary Downtown AutoGroup, is seeking a committed Corporate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at our brand new, state-of-the-art Autoplex facility in Downtown Toronto!

Your Role
As a Corporate Sales Manager, your expertise and enthusiasm for our vehicles, products & accessories will be crucial in guiding our guests, including corporate customers, to make informed decisions. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of our guests, presenting suitable products, and ensuring a seamless and exceptional buying experience. Your role will be instrumental in serving as a dedicated point of contact for retail sales to corporate customers, while maintaining and building lasting relationships with our customers, ultimately contributing to the ongoing success of our sales department.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or other related customer service role
- Strong knowledge of automotive products and ability to match products with customer needs.
- Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to build lasting relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points
