We are seeking a Talent Development Program Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of talent management and development programming across all of Andrew Peller Limited.
This teammate will be responsible for -
- Responsible for all development offerings end-to-end, from client needs assessment through program deployment and evaluation.
- Develops learning frameworks and resources that support both core-and-common org capability as well as specific functional skills.
- Builds learning programs and experiences that strengthen leadership pipelines, high-potential development, and enterprise skill capabilities.
- Leverages data and organizational insights to identify development needs and recommend targeted interventions.
- Designs and facilitates various in-house development solutions and sessions, both in-class and virtual. Sessions are led for a variety of audiences, from new-hires to senior leaders, and for hourly and salaried populations.
- Partners with People & Culture Business Partners to execute and embed all development programming and full Talent Cycle, from calibration through to succession; includes resource development, communication and implementation, train-the-trainer approach, and program evaluation.
- Owner of APL’s Learning Management System via Dayforce Learning including system administration, user engagement, content curation, consultation on programming to business partners/units, and measurement on program ROI.
- Responsible for wine education strategy and working with preferred partners to deploy programming across company.
- Oversee vendor partnerships, program budgets, and evaluation frameworks to ensure high-quality, measurable outcomes.
- Supports other People & Culture duties, as required.
The teammate will bring the following skills, knowledge and experiences -
- University Degree/College Diploma in business, concentration in Human Resources Management preferred.
- 5+ years in progressive experience in learning and development or organizational effectiveness.
- Proven experience designing and managing leadership or enterprise-wide development programs.
- CHRP (Certified HR Professional) or CTDP (Certified Training & Development Professional) an asset.
- Demonstrated facilitation and strong communication skills.
- Experience in administration of Learning Management System.
- Proven project management skills, able to effectively manage and execute multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven leadership potential - ability to influence others and build cooperative relationships.
- Ability to take initiative on challenges - critically analyzing issues and proactively recommending solutions.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and MS Teams. Confident in leading virtual meetings via Zoom and MS Teams online platforms. HRIS experience an asset.
- Personal alignment with APL’s values, and ability to effectively demonstrate these values.
