About the role
Nous recherchons un(e) Surintendant(e) de chantier expérimenté(e) pour superviser et coordonner l’ensemble des activités sur des projets de construction, principalement dans le secteur public. Le candidat idéal possède un minimum de 4 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire, une bonne compréhension des systèmes mécaniques et électriques, ainsi qu’une capacité éprouvée à gérer des équipes et à assurer la qualité et la sécurité sur les chantiers.
Responsabilités : Superviser, planifier et coordonner les travaux quotidiens sur le chantier. Assurer le respect des échéanciers, des budgets et des normes de qualité. Coordonner les sous-traitants, fournisseurs et équipes internes. Lire, interpréter et appliquer les plans, devis et documents techniques. Surveiller l’avancement des travaux mécaniques et électriques et intervenir en cas de problématique technique. Assurer la conformité aux normes de santé et sécurité (CNESST) et aux exigences contractuelles du secteur public. Participer aux réunions de chantier et produire les rapports nécessaires. Identifier les risques potentiels et proposer des solutions efficaces. Maintenir une communication fluide avec le chargé de projet et les parties prenantes.
Profil recherché : Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience en tant que surintendant(e) de chantier. Expérience significative dans des projets publics (municipal, provincial, institutionnel). Bonne connaissance des travaux mécaniques et électriques. DEP, DEC ou formation équivalente en construction.
