It is wholly owned by the HKSAR Government, and consolidates the management of the investment activities of the Hong Kong Growth Portfolio, Greater Bay Area Investment Fund, Strategic Tech Fund, and the Co-Investment Fund. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary procurement officer to all departments, advising and monitoring procurement activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures Lead end-to-end procurement exercises for office operations, including drafting and reviewing procurement documents, evaluating proposals and managing vendor relationships Manage day-to-day office administration, including facility maintenance, estate management relations, office security, and supervision of reception personnel and workflows Formulate and enforce comprehensive workplace hygiene, health and safety standards to foster a safe, amicable and efficient working environment Design, refine and implement procurement and office operation frameworks, policies and workflows to drive corporate operational efficiency Perform other assigned duties as required

Requirements

University degree with good academic results

At least 8 years of relevant experience Good understanding of the Basic Law of the HKSAR Committed to contributing to the future development of Hong Kong and achieving the HKIC’s objectives Strong sense of integrity and professional ethics Proven negotiation and vendor management abilities Organised, attentive to details, strong problem-solving skills and able to multitask under pressure Good team player, willing to take on new challenges and share ideas Good command of written Chinese and English Willing to work outside normal office hours as and when required

(Candidates with less experience may be considered for an offer of appointment at Senior Officer level.)

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidates, taking into account the relevant depth and breadth of experience and qualifications. Fringe benefits include medical and dental benefits and paid annual leave.
