AlchemistOne is building technology that helps people create lasting change in their lives. After launching our mobile app in 2025, we gained valuable insights into how people engage with recovery, behaviour change, and personal growth programs. We are now entering the next stage of the company's evolution: transitioning from a self-serve mobile app into a structured web-based recovery program designed to guide individuals through a clear and transformative 90-day journey. This is a pivotal moment for the company. We are looking for a senior Go-To-Market Lead who can help define how we position the product, identify and reach our ideal customers, and lead the execution of growth initiatives that bring the next version of AlchemistOne to market.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional marketing role. As a trusted brand within the recovery and personal growth space. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute. One day you may be refining customer personas and pricing strategy, the next you may be launching ad campaigns, updating website copy, reviewing analytics, or developing partnership opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Positioning & Go-To-Market Strategy Lead the go-to-market strategy for the launch of AlchemistOne's web-based recovery platform. Help define and refine our ideal customer profile, target audience segments, and customer journey. Develop positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates AlchemistOne within the recovery, wellness, and behaviour change landscape. Identify market opportunities, customer insights, and growth levers that can accelerate adoption.

Growth & Customer Acquisition Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across digital and community-based channels. Identify, test, and optimize growth opportunities across paid, earned, and owned media. Manage campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Google, and other relevant platforms. Explore strategic partnerships, referral opportunities, influencer relationships, and community engagement initiatives. Establish scalable processes for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.

Brand, Content & Digital Presence Lead the evolution of the AlchemistOne brand during our repositioning. Work closely with content creators and founders to ensure consistency in messaging and customer experience. Oversee website updates, landing page development, conversion optimization, and digital storytelling. Develop campaign concepts, launch plans, and content strategies that create awareness and engagement.

Social Media & Community Growth Own and execute social media strategy across relevant channels. Create and manage organic and paid social campaigns. Build awareness, credibility, and engagement within recovery, wellness, mental health, and personal growth communities. Support the founder's thought leadership and audience development initiatives.

Analytics & Optimization Establish and monitor key growth metrics and marketing KPIs. Analyze campaign performance, customer behaviour, and conversion data. Make recommendations based on insights and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness. Develop reporting and dashboards that help guide strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For:

Required Experience 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, go-to-market strategy, demand generation, brand building, or a related field. Demonstrated success growing an audience, community, product, service, or brand. Experience owning both strategy and execution. Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization. Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. Ability to work independently and make decisions in an evolving startup environment.

You'll Stand Out If You Have Experience in addiction recovery, mental health, healthcare, wellness, coaching, or behaviour change. Experience launching or repositioning a product or service. Experience building a personal brand, online community, audience, or movement. Strong understanding of customer psychology, behaviour change, and consumer decision-making. Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.

Location We strongly prefer candidates based in Regina or Saskatoon to support regular in-person collaboration. However, exceptional candidates located elsewhere in Canada will be considered if they have a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and collaborating within remote teams. Regular travel to Regina for planning sessions, team meetings, and key company initiatives will be expected. Compensation $120-130K Equity participation Performance-based objectives and growth milestones
