About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team! No prior experience is required, but candidates with a background in computer embroidery or sewing will be given preference. In this role, you?ll have the opportunity to sew designs onto caps, jackets, and other items.
Work Schedule:
Candidates must be available during business hours, Monday to Friday 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM. Please note, this schedule may not be suitable for students.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks, such as hooping, for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor embroidery machines to ensure high-quality production.
- Set up and adjust machine and digitized design files based on specific order requirements.
- Inspect completed items to ensure accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot challenges.
- Keep detailed records of production processes and promptly report any machine malfunctions.
