Role Description:
QuadReal is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative Real Estate Sales & Marketing Specialist to support our Sales & Marketing team across all residential asset classes. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, market intelligence, and marketing coordination to support revenue generation and brand positioning.
The successful candidate will combine strong administrative capabilities with market insight, financial acumen, and CRM expertise to help deliver best-in-class sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Sales Administration & Operations
- Provide comprehensive sales administrative support to internal sales teams and leadership
- Maintain and update price lists, inventory trackers, and sales availability reports
- Coordinate contract documentation, disclosures, and sales reporting
- Track commissions, incentives, and sales performance metrics
- Assist with deal processing, compliance documentation, and transaction coordination
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Prepare detailed competitive market reports across high-rise, purpose-built rental, and low-rise product types
- Monitor competitor pricing, incentives, absorption rates, and marketing strategies
- Develop regular market overviews and briefing notes for leadership
- Track macroeconomic trends, demographic data, and housing supply metrics
- Support pricing strategy discussions with data-driven insights
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing collateral including brochures, floor plans, digital assets, and sales center materials
- Liaise with external agencies, designers, and production vendors
- Ensure brand consistency across all asset classes
- Support campaign launches, promotional initiatives, and event execution
- Manage content updates for websites, portals, and MLS listings
CRM & Data Management
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of CRM systems
- Ensure accurate lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting
- Build dashboards to track lead conversion, campaign effectiveness, and sales velocity
- Support sales teams with CRM training and best practices
- Maintain database integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
Financial & Administrative Support
- Process invoices, expenses, and marketing budgets in coordination with Finance
- Track marketing spend and reconcile against approved budgets
- Assist with forecasting inputs and reporting requirements
- Maintain vendor contracts and payment schedules
Additional Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Development, Asset Management, and Sales & Leasing teams
- Assist with presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in new project launches across multiple asset classes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies
- Contribute to maintaining QuadReal’s best-in-class sales and marketing standards
- May need to work weekends, evenings etc. depending on various event schedules, campaigns and launches
- Will need access to car and have a driver’s license to drive to various sites
- Some flight travel may be required for various projects
Experience and Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline
Experience

3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, customer service, or development support

Direct experience in:
- High-rise residential development
- Purpose-built rental (PBR)
- Low-rise homes (townhomes, single-family, stacked product)

Exposure to multi-asset class environments preferred

Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Yardi, Avesdo, or similar)

Experience with HCRA Tarion

Proven experience preparing competitive analyses and market reports

Familiarity with pre-construction sales processes and/or stabilized rental operations

Prior experience with Power BI and WordPress

Fluent with Microsoft Office

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000.
Based on the position, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
