The Job

As a Legal Assistant, you will support lawyers and clients by producing and reviewing documents, photocopying, and maintaining files, as well as other administrative tasks.

You will also

Perform calendar management duties for lawyers. Coordinate meetings, including room booking and ordering catering. Booking travel arrangements. Conduct conflict checks. Prepare presentations for lawyers. Respond to external phone, mail, or email inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate person. Maintain client information in the firm’s database. Track lawyers’ hours in the system. Produce billing and credit reports.

What you bring to the job

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in law. At least 3 years experience as a legal assistant. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent professional communication skills, written and verbal. The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
