How You’ll Help Us Better Serve Our Clients
We are seeking an Office Services Coordinator to join our Central Services team. This is a full-time, permanent position—ideal for individuals who are organized, client-focused, and thrive in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to supporting both colleagues and clients with professionalism and care. You enjoy variety in your work and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Providing administrative assistance to the Manager, Office Services
-
Ordering office and lounge supplies
-
Coordinating and providing day-to-day support for central services tasks
-
Managing invoices for the central services department
-
Assisting the Central Services team with daily tasks as needed
-
Managing petty cash
-
Providing reception relief when required
-
Delivering onboarding training to new team members
-
Performing additional assistance and ad hoc tasks as needed
How You’ll Be a Great Fit for This Role
We’re looking for someone who brings both skills and mindset:

Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
-
Experience working in an office or professional services environment

Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and competing priorities
-
A client-centered approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict deadlines

Dedication to providing service beyond expectations

Sound judgment, discretion, and adaptability to changing demands
