Job DetailsJob Location: Taunton, Ma - Taunton, MA 02780Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $19.50 - $19.50 HourlyJob Shift: DayWe are looking to hire someone who is fluent in Khmer and English to help assist an individual in this program. $2,500 Sign-On Bonus – Help People Succeed at Work Join RTR and play a hands-on role in helping individuals with disabilities build skills, gain confidence, and succeed in real-world jobs. You’ll support participants across community-based employment settings, including job sites and training centers, working closely with a collaborative team to prepare individuals for long-term independence. What You’ll Do: Provide on-the-job coaching and support in 1:1 and group settings at community businesses and program sites Help individuals develop job readiness, workplace behavior, and functional skills Partner with Case Managers and staff to implement employment and behavioral goals Track progress and complete clear, accurate documentation and reports Support transportation to and from job sites as needed Assist with hands-on care and behavioral support, including implementing safety interventions when required Implement employment and behavioral support plans in partnership with Case Managers and leadership Model professionalism and help individuals adapt to real workplace environments What We’re Looking For: A dependable, team-oriented professional who is comfortable working in community settings, providing both coaching and hands-on support, and adapting to a variety of work environments. Valid Driver’s License. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet. Successful completion of all state and agency mandated trainings. Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and other agencies. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be fluent in English and have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals under supervision, employees of the organization, families, and members of the community. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
