About the role
Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled and creative Multimedia Videographer to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing professional video and photo content that supports Brandt’s marketing, sales, and corporate communications initiatives.
The ideal candidate will oversee the full video production process, from in-field and in-studio shoots to post-production editing, motion graphics, and final delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise, creative storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver compelling visual content aligned with Brandt’s brand identity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Capture professional-quality video and photography across diverse environments, from corporate boardrooms to industrial jobsites.
- Operate video, occasionally photo, aerial and audio equipment to ensure high-quality raw capture.
- Edit video and photo content using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, Audition, Davinci Resolve Studio, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Integrate/Manipulate motion graphics into video projects to enhance storytelling.
- Review creative briefs, scripts, and raw footage to create shot lists and editing plans that align with campaign objectives.
- Assemble raw footage into polished rough and final cuts, including sound, dialogue, graphics, and effects.
- Ensure consistency, logical sequencing, and smooth running of edits and asset management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout pre-production, production, and post-production to align deliverables with business objectives.
- Maintain and organize project files in alignment with Digital Asset Management (DAM) protocols for efficient retrieval.
- Continuously explore and implement new editing technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance production efficiency and creative quality.
- Travel as needed to capture on-location content in support of campaigns, events and cataloguing.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Multimedia Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven professional experience as a Videographer/Editor with a portfolio showcasing diverse video and additionally photography work if available.
- Demonstrated experience in both on-location and studio-based shoots.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition and Davinci Resolve.
- Strong skills in video, audio, lighting, rigging and photography equipment setup and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of live audio recording.
- Proficiency in data management and file organization.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Valid UAV license (advanced certification preferred)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as project timelines require.
