Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Foreman to join our vibrant team! This is a full-time, on-site Construction Foreman position based in Calgary, AB. The Construction Foreman will assist the Site Supervisor with daily site operations, coordinate labour work crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Qualifications Strong hands-on construction skills, including Carpentry and related trade knowledge. Strong hands on experience with site equipment such as skid steer, telehandler, generators, heaters and pumps. Experience with Quality Control, including inspections, adherence to specifications, and construction best practices. Ability to oversee and coordinate Heavy Equipment operations safely and efficiently. Effective Communication skills for coordinating crews & subcontractors. Previous experience as a foreman, lead hand, or assistant supervisor in multi-family construction. Thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and commitment to safe work practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Valid driver’s license and ability to work full-time on site in Calgary, AB
