Position: Rubric Academy Participant
Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$150 Duration: 3–5 hours Commitment: Self-paced Role Responsibilities
- Participate in a 3–5 hour instructional course to learn Prompt-Rubric Pairing.
- Develop skills to write inputs that set clear context and constraints for AI.
- Define ideal outputs, moving beyond fact-checking to articulate nuance and logic.
- Build objective grading systems with "Criterion Descriptions" and source citations.
- Translate standards of quality into machine-readable data for AI models.
Qualifications Must-Have
- Deep expertise in a specific domain.
- Ability to cite specific sources (PDFs, data sets) for professional judgments.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to break down complex tasks into measurable steps.
- Commitment to original work and external verification.
Compensation & Legal
- Stipend: Flat $50 to $150 payment upon successful completion of the Academy lessons and the Practice Task.
